How many times have you caught yourself snacking non-stop throughout the day? Or never feeling satisfied, or being in too much of a rush to prepare a proper meal that you opt for an easier but smaller and maybe “unhealthier” option?
It happens to the best of us. But, an easy fix is meal prepping or food prepping. For some, meal prepping is a saving glory and others prefer food prepping
What’s the difference?
Meal prepping involves pre-cooking and storing meals for the week/a few days and having them all ready to be grabbed from the fridge.
Food prepping involves cooking/prepping foods so you have plenty of ready-to-go options to combine and make a meal on the spot or for the next day.
Whichever you prefer, give it a go to implement some meal or food prep into your routine and see if it saves you not only time but also from poor eating habits.
