A dairy free antioxidant breaky. One you can easily prepare in advance for those busy mornings.
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (or your choice)
- 1/4 cup Coconut yogurt
- 2 TBS chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- pumpkin seeds
- sunflower seeds
- Pour milk into jar or cup of choice
- Mix in chia seeds
- In separate bowl mix pumpkin, sunflower seeds and turmeric through the coconut yoghurt
- Mix coconut yoghurt mix through the chia seed mix.
- Cover and leave in fridge overnight
- Place berries on top, plus more seeds/nuts of your choice if desired
