A dairy free antioxidant breaky. One you can easily prepare in advance for those busy mornings.


  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut yogurt
  • 2 TBS chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • pumpkin seeds
  • sunflower seeds
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries


  • Pour milk into jar or cup of choice
  • Mix in chia seeds
  • In separate bowl mix pumpkin, sunflower seeds and turmeric through the coconut yoghurt
  • Mix coconut yoghurt mix through the chia seed mix.
  • Cover and leave in fridge overnight
  • Place berries on top, plus more seeds/nuts of your choice if desired
