Coronavirus – Important Information – Please read!

Please read the important information below before attending an appointment or making a booking.

As registered health professionals we are required by law to adhere to instructions from the Australian Government Department of Health. Apart from that we want to ensure that all of our clients are kept safe and healthy.

Do NOT attend the clinic If you have any of the following symptoms:

• Fever
• Flu like symptoms
• Coughing
• Sore throat
• Fatigue
• Shortness of breath

When attending the clinic you must:

• Sanitise your hands upon arrival
• Keep your face mask on at all times
• If there is another client in the reception area when you arrive please wait outside until they leave or you are  ushered in.

All our treatment rooms are sanitised after every treatment. Door handles to the treatment rooms, the toilet and the waiting will continue to be regularly disinfected. Our practitioners will be wearing a mask, all reception staff will be wearing masks. Reception desk is covered by a perspex shield.

It is important that you contact your local medical practitioner and advise of your symptoms before attending an appointment. They will advise you as to the appropriate course of action.
