Healthy Balls!

Although we’re not technically considered ‘master chefs’ here at Gardenvale Chinese Medicine, we have managed to rustle up this delicious little protein snack.  These protein balls are a healthy and great “mid meal” that will prevent afternoon fatigue and help you avoid eating junk to get you through the day.
